AUSNZ Tech was established to take a more responsible approach.
Our goal was not simply to launch another technology platform. We wanted to bring together suitable technology, experienced people, reliable infrastructure providers, and strong compliance processes to create services that customers and partners could use with greater confidence.
That approach has led to two live products: Qbanq for cross-border business payments and Qbit for digital-asset trading.

Operating within New Zealand’s financial-services framework
AUSNZ Tech is registered on New Zealand’s Financial Service Providers Register and is supervised by the Department of Internal Affairs as an AML/CFT reporting entity. We aim to operate transparently and meet the legal, regulatory, reporting, and dispute-resolution obligations that apply to the services we provide.
Compliance from the beginning
Compliance is incorporated into how we select technology, establish partnerships, onboard customers, assess risk, monitor transactions, and operate our products. Our controls include risk-based customer due diligence, identity verification, sanctions and politically exposed person screening, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting where required.
