Access to our platforms is provided on a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE & SECURITY

You agree not to use our platforms for:

Unlawful purposes, fraud, or money laundering.
Interfering with system integrity or attempting unauthorised access.
Activities involving sanctioned individuals or jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if we detect a breach of these standards.

6. DIGITAL ASSET & AI RISK DISCLOSURE

Volatility: Digital assets are highly volatile, and blockchain transactions are often irreversible.
Inherent Risks: You acknowledge the cybersecurity risks inherent in smart contracts and blockchain networks.
AI Disclaimer Where our services include AI-generated outputs, such outputs are provided "as-is." AUSNZ Tech Limited does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated data.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Exclusion of Losses: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Indemnity You agree to indemnify AUSNZ Tech Limited against any claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
